Most people have a standard password that they use for everything. It’s much easier to keep track of that way. However, you should always have at least two passwords. Use a more secure password for your email, and only re-use it for secure sites like your bank’s. Use an easier password for forums and online communities. This will prevent unscrupulous site owners from using your forum password to gain access to your email.
